
TimeTrack
The
complete time and attendance package that incorporates employee
rostering and uses biometric (fingerprint) scanning as the primary
medium of employees logging on and off. This means no more time cards or
magnetic cards or bar codes. Biometric scanner virtually eliminates
employee time fraud because it prevents employees having colleagues log
on and off for them when they are late for a shift or simply do not turn
up.
The
TimeTrack package includes a state of the art fingerprint scanner and
the TimeTrack software package. A comprehensive user manual is also
provided on the CDROM.
The
BIOCA 210 is (see photo below) is an optical fingerprint scanner that
connects to the host PC via a serial (RS232) cable.

The
BIOCA 210 is fully integrated with our TimeTrack software package.

Once an end user successfully logs on the start up screen is presented:

will be seen from the start up screen above TimeTrack supports full
employee profiling with photo ID. Multiple departments are supported and
employees may be viewed across all departments via a tree structure
graphical display.

editor that allows the user to set up policies on late attendance,
failure to show for a shift, early departure and unscheduled leave.
