Time Manager Express

The complete PC based employee time control system

 

Australia’s lowest prices for a full function, easy to install employee time control system that comes in a complete package.

 

We supply:

 

·       The Time Manager Express software package

·       Your choice of one or more time control clocks – bar code, magnetic card, RFID or biometric (fingerprint) based.

·       A 12 volt 300mA siren or buzzer to signal employees for start and finish time and all breaks (up to 32 breaks per day)

·       Employee scheduling for rosters

·       Unlimited number of employees supported at no extra cost (most other PC based systems charge extra in 50 employee increments.

·       Create you own bar code employee ID cards - we supply 100 polyvinyl bar code labels in the start up package.

The entire system is flowcharted to make it easy to go from one module to another:

Full employee details are set up on the employee screen as shown hereunder. Each employee is assigned to a department for reporting purposes, a schedule with associated rules and other personal details.

 

 

 

 

TME supports multiple time schedules for employees with unique rules attached to each schedule. For example you can set up a separate schedule for office workers, factory workers, delivery drivers, casuals and night shift. Each schedule can have its own rules relating to early and late starts, rounding of times, lunch breaks, other breaks etc

In addition you can create employee schedules in advance which become employee rosters if your business employs a lot of casuals,  part-time or split shift workers.

 

 

Once you are happy with a schedule you save it as a template for assignment to a single employee, a group of employees or the whole staff.

 

The time clock or time clocks are all Ethernet based devices (not serial) thus clocks can be installed anywhere a hub exists across a LAN or a WAN. The clocks are connected via VSPs (virtual serial ports) and all the software is provided to allow installation of the clock. Each clock is assigned a unique IP address (say 196.168.3.15) and can be polled at any time.

 

 

In addition workshop of factory siren can be set up (provided in the package) so that employees can be signaled for breaks, start and finish times.

 

Up to 32 siren time settings per day can be programmed as can the duration of the siren. Each clock is fitted with three relays to allow connection of the siren or buzzer. (normally open, common and normally closed). If the end user already has a siren in place this can generally be used within the software.

Employee ID cards are supplied as required depending on the clock type purchased.

 

By far the most economical approach is to implement a bar code based system as in the case end users can make up their own ID cards at very little cost. See picture below:

 

 

In the start up package we supply 120 polyvinyl bar code labels that can be attached to your business card (or similar) and optionally laminated. These ID cards (if laminated) will cost you about $0.40 to make up. By comparison magnetic ID cards cost $4.50 each and RFID cards cost $7.50 each.


 

Reporting:

TME offers a full range of reports by individual employee, by department and by date range.

 

 

All reports can be previewed on the screen prior to printing.

 

Backup of database:

 

TME allows users to do simple back ups of their database just be selecting the back up function within the database utilities menu.

 

 

 

 

Export of data to other programs (including payrolls)

 

TME has a built in export function that allows users to select the data fields they wish to export and save as a specific file type.

 

File types supported a comma separated, tab, space and pipe. This allows import into MS Excel or MS Access. See screen shot below:
