This scanner is ideal for smaller schools or businesses with less than 500 assets to track. The portable bar code scanner makes asset inventories a breeze.

 

Or Option 2: Exactly the same package but with a more robust portable bar code scanner which is more appropriate for larger organisations.  The Zebex Z2030.

 

 

In addition you get in the package:

 

1000 all weather (polyvinyl) bar code labels printed with your organisation’s name.

 

 

40 asset status labels so you can (optionally) assess the condition of assets when you do an inventory check

AssetTrack allows you to professionally manage your organisation’s assets in a easy to use, straightforward way.  It has facilities for all aspects of asset management:

• Location of asset – e.g. sales office, computer room, staff room
• Original cost of asset
• Current valuation of asset
• Purchase date
• Vendor details
• Warranty and servicing details

Importing of Asset data:

 

AssetTrack has a function that allows a user to import asset details from and existing Excel spreadsheet (we provide a sample format) which makes master file take up a much easier task.

 

 

 

Exporting of Asset data:

 

All AssetTrack report can be saved in a variety of formats – including Excel (CSV), PDF and report can be directly emailed via a MAPI email interface.

Simple, fast efficient asset inventories.

 

The Z1050 or the Z2030 portable bar code scanners are fully integrated into AssetTrack which makes inventory checks simple and straightforward.

 

Simply go from location to location and scan the bar codes on every asset you can locate. When you have finished you simply download the scanner by attaching it to the download cable (provided in package) and clicking on the download button as below:

 

 

The bar code data you have captured fills the screen and you click on save. Bingo – inventory complete.

 

You can now print your missing assets report and start looking – sorry the system can not help you find a missing asset!
